Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician/Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician/Laborer, you will:

• Perform boat lift and dock repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and installations of both new and used equipment.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose cable systems as well as AC/DC electrical systems.

• Assist with the assembly, adjustment, and repair of marine equipment to meet safety and quality standards.

• Work on-site, following company protocols to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and timely project completion.

• Operate tools and equipment for repairs and installations.

Preferred Qualifications

The optimal candidate will:

• Be mechanically inclined with experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics.

• Have a strong understanding of cable systems and AC/DC electrical systems.

• Possess welding experience and/or heavy equipment operation skills (bonus, but not required).

• Have a commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marine construction, repair, or related industries is a plus.

• Open minded, ambitious and willing to learn

• Possess the ability to apply common sense

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions (We work all year around).

• Ability to travel throughout the state- Home most days but some short out-of-town traveling required.

• Able to work and perform in all type of weather and environments

• Working in the water from April-October (Proper gear provided)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
