We offer annual & and bi-annual maintenance programs for all your boat lift needs. Leave the servicing and maintenance of your lift to the professionals. You want to be certain your lift is in great working condition when your boating plans are on the line. When was the last time your lift was greased? Have you ever changed the belt on your drive unit? Are your pulleys rotating on your cradle ends or are they causing cable damage? Have your cables ever been changed? 

 The things we look for:

  • Top Beams Greased 

  • Bull Gear Greased 

  • Worm Gear Greased 

  • Cradles Greased 

  • Visually Inspect the Cables  â€‹

  • Proper Placement of Bunks 

  • Motor Covers are Clean

  • Belt Alignment between the Motor and Worm Gear

  • ​Condition of Belts

  • Condition of Motor / Drive Covers

  • Plastic Motor Covers / Drive Covers are Secured Properly

  • Lower and Upper Limits on the Auto Stop are Set Appropriately

  • Inspect the Condition and Placement of Guide Poles

  • Confirm Boat is Positioned on the Lift Properly

  • Condition of Structure and Welds

Standard Vertical Cabled Lift (each)

For standard full-sized cabled lifts, the starting cost for annual or bi-annual maintenance and inspection starts at $350. This service includes an inspection of the winch/winch wheel, lubrication of moving parts, inspection of bunk and side guide placement and condition, inspection of the motor and its components, testing of the lift's operation, and checking of safety features. If the lift has a canopy or any other accessories, these will be inspected as well.

 

*Once the work has been completed, a full audit w/ notes and pictures will be sent to the customer.

PWC/Cantilever CableD Lift (each)

For single cabled cantilever lifts, jet lifts, or kayak lifts, the starting cost for annual or bi-annual maintenance and inspection starts at $150. This service includes an inspection of the winch/winch wheel, lubrication of moving parts, inspection of bunk and side guide placement and condition, inspection of the motor and its components, testing of the lift's operation, and checking of safety features. If the lift has a canopy or any other accessories, these will be inspected as well. 

 

*Once the work has been completed, a full audit w/ notes and pictures will be sent to the customer.

Hydraulic Lift (each)

For hydraulic lifts, the starting cost for annual or bi-annual maintenance and inspection starts at $450, plus the cost of hydraulic fluid. This service includes an inspection of the hydraulic system,  lubrication of moving parts, inspection of bunk and side guide placement and condition, inspection or hydraulic lines, fittings and cylinders, inspection of the motor and its components, testing of the lift's operation, and checking of safety features. If the lift has a canopy or any other accessories, these will be inspected as well. 

 

*Once the work has been completed, a full audit w/ notes and pictures will be sent to the customer.

Piling & Elevator Lifts (each)

For piling and elevator lifts, the starting cost for annual or bi-annual maintenance and inspection starts at $350. This service includes an inspection of drive units, lubrication of moving parts, inspection of pilings or beams, inspection of bunk and side guide placement and condition, inspection of the motor and its components, testing of the lift's operation, and checking of safety features. If the lift has a canopy or any other accessories, these will be inspected as well. 

 

*Once the work has been completed, a full audit w/ notes and pictures will be sent to the customer.
