About the Role

On Pointe Contracting is hiring dependable crew hands to support dock and lift installations, removals, service calls, and general inland lake waterfront construction.

​

This position is ideal for someone who works hard, shows up on time, follows direction, and takes pride in clean, professional work. We are happy to train the right person — honesty and work ethic matter more than résumé buzzwords.

Do not claim experience in a skill unless you can perform it efficiently and correctly.

If you’ve only been around something a few times, that’s okay — we just need honesty so we can train you properly. Proven skill will be paid accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with dock and lift assembly and disassembly

• Support seasonal installs, removals, and service calls

• Handle materials and keep job sites organized

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas

• Care for tools, equipment, and jobsite materials

• Follow crew lead direction and company standards

• Provide strong customer service on private waterfront properties

 

Pay & Advancement

We pay for PROVEN experience.

Compensation is based on demonstrated ability, reliability, and work ethic — not just what’s on a résumé.

There is opportunity to grow into higher-level field roles for dependable, motivated employees.

Paid Working Interview

Final candidates will complete a paid working interview before final pay is confirmed. This allows both sides to make sure the fit is right.
